When things end up in court, you’re likely to need an expert witness who can give a clear, objective and trustworthy opinion.
We can help. The Anval team are very experienced in court work and in working under joint instructions of the court, for example for independent valuations for marital separation and other such matters.
We also undertake expert witness work in matters related to the evaluation of loss of earnings, for example following injury to veterinary surgeons from accidents. This includes calculating potential lifetime earnings, reviewing ability and options to work and missed earnings potentials, as well as the valuation of veterinary practice.
